Student Practical Day 09

Assalamualaikum everyone..
welcome back to my practical day 09..

in the morning today my friend the name is Iskandar sharing about dayli activity di Ambon.

after that, we going to kitchen for making sugar and pie dough. i'm with my beatiful friends name is Amalia Yusrizal Chan. kami berbagi tugas saya make it pie dough, and chan make it sugar dough. this is basic pie and my lecturer hope we make the best.

pie dough have a recipe from my campus that is:

1. butter 
2. flour
3. salt
4. egg
5. water 

*sugar pie dough just like a pie dough just add icing sugar.

make it from your heart and keep focus for doing something.
- the first prepare all ingridients
- mix flour, salt, (icing sugar for sugar doug)
- after that add butter until like a dough.
- add egg and water. simpan di suhu dingin.








*after that bake sugar and pie do kurang lebih 30 menit.

setelah di bake we saved it on pastry room for selling tommorow.
