student practical day 16

Assalamualaikum yesterday oktober 12, 2017 

today my friends not doing in kitchen, they all just all collect assegment file, me to like that with Mr,Syahrial and Mr.Syafruddin 

 after that i'm going to my junior class for incharge of five semester again with my lovely junior.. menu that is practiced today ala carte  yaitu :

and this is in the last day of practice in this week, and just a litle menu out in restaurant.. i'm incharge with my friend Miss.Cindy Lois and Mr.Wahyu.. we split the place and i get it in the pastry, but pastry is product done for today because they prepared it one day before. maybe just it i'm write in here, i hope my best junior get a lot of lessons from the result of practice today.
